Job description

Arcadis DPS Engineering are a seeking a Project Lead for a Medical Device assignment located in Ringaskiddy, Cork. This is initially a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transfer of products between sites, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Manage and coordinate relationships with suppliers to meet project goals.
• Oversee and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, including laser cutting technologies.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and timelines.
• Deliver regular updates and detailed reports to senior stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to achieve project objectives.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and technical solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical project management within a medical device environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing product transfers and supplier coordination.
• Hands‑on knowledge of production machinery, such as laser cutting.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership.
• Ability to start quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
