Astreya Consultancy Ireland Ltd is seeking an IT Operations/Project Coordinator to orchestrate cross-functional teams across Colo/DC/POP sites, OEM vendors and smart hands. You will coordinate site access, RMAs, inventory and audits, ensuring tickets move toward resolution within SLA.
The role requires 3–5 years in project coordination, strong communication, and experience with Colo/facility providers and major vendors. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
The IT Operations/Project Coordinator will facilitate and coordinate multiple cross functional teams to carry out day to day operations. Your job involves coordination and liaising with multiple teams, OEM Vendors, smart/remote hands and facility providers. Tasks may vary in number, size and complexity.The candidate should be able to demonstrate some experience and expertise in Colo/DC/POP site access, smart hands requests, RMAs, inventory, and audits, or similar logistics experience.
