Job summary

Sherpa Kids Ireland is seeking enthusiastic staff to support Before School, After School, and Holiday Club programmes across Ireland. On-site at schools, you will engage children with fun, structured activities and assist with homework, fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

Applicants should have 1+ year experience with school-aged children, be proficient in English, and be prepared to undergo Garda vetting and provide two references. This is a 20-hour-per-week, on-site role in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience working with school-aged children (minimum 1 year)
• Basic knowledge of child development
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
• Garda vetting is essential (completed by us after interview stage)
• Work Permit/VISA essential
• At least 2 written references checks are required before starting
