  • Partner with the Global Early In Career (EIC) Programs Lead to surface areas of opportunity for improvement, enhance operating frameworks, prioritize short and long-term strategic objectives for the program, evaluate progress towards program goals, and assess performance against KPIs/success metrics.

  • Partner with program supporters, coordinators, etc. to manage logistics associated with the execution of program events, operations, etc.
  • Collaborate with other EIC Program Managers to create synergy across all EIC programs.

  • Manage the program budget effectively to ensure resources are allocated appropriately and expenses are tracked accurately.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all interns, including coordination with HR and other departments to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Track intern performance through regular evaluations, feedback sessions, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with program goals and individual development plans.

While you should be comfortable with your ability to handle the above responsibilities individually, you can rest assured that you will be joining a team that prioritizes collaboration, helping one another, and winning together as one Global EIC Team.
