The Programme Manager will have previous Programme Management experience and will oversee the deliverables of a schedule while managing a high performing internal offer process team including a dedicated Project Manager.

Your team will be a source of “Best Practise” for offer process delivery and develop a culture of Continuous Improvement back to the wider Offer Process for all customer connection offers. They will look to you to support the development of high‑performance capabilities and behaviours within the team in order to develop their competencies and a proactive customer and Stakeholder Engagement approach. You will work collaboratively with and provide support, guidance and assistance to team members and other teams.

You will represent, the client in Stakeholder, Regulator and Customer discussions and negotiations. Interact on a regular basis with Senior Management and C‑Suite Executives in the customers’ and stakeholders’ organisations and internally to manage complex and challenging interactions and to drive better outcomes for all. You will collaborate with peers within our client to meet business priorities, manage complex technical and commercial issues as they arise, provide technical guidance and act as an escalation point as necessary.

You will lead the team in effective engagement and coordination with customers and stakeholders including regular and effective communication, understanding their needs, meaningful engagement, accurate reporting and relationship management as applicable.
