Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking a Professional Education Lead on a fixed-term maternity-cover contract. The role oversees the firm’s professional education function, trainee progression, and relationships with professional bodies to ensure high-quality qualification experiences.

You will lead across ACA, ACCA, AITI and related pathways, partnering with stakeholders to drive governance and programme delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in professional education, learning and development.
• Experience with trainee populations or early careers.
• Knowledge of ACA/ACCA/ATI or similar qualification pathways.

Responsibilities

• Lead the firm's professional education function across ACA, ACCA, AITI and other qualification pathways.
• Build relationships with professional bodies and education providers.
• Oversee trainee progression and governance across qualification pathways.
• Prepare reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in education programmes.
