Are you looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced production environment? Our client, a leading manufacturer specialising in precision plastic moulding for various industries, is seeking dedicated and detail‑oriented Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process and the delivery of high‑quality products to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor injection moulding machines and associated equipment to produce plastic components efficiently and within quality specifications.
  • Conduct visual inspections of moulded components to ensure they meet quality standards and report any defects or issues promptly.
  • Load and unload materials into machines, ensuring the proper set‑up and maintenance of raw material supplies.
  • Monitor production schedules and work with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks on machines and equipment to keep them in optimal working condition.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation of any machine issues or maintenance performed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot problems and improve production processes.

Hours of Work

Must be available to work a rotating shift pattern – (8:00 pm – 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm – 12:00 am, 12:00 am – 8:00 pm) – 8‑hour shifts, 5 days per week OR (8:00 am – 8:00 pm, 8:00 pm – 8:00 am) 12‑hour shifts – 3/4 days per week.
