Job summary

Dexcom Ireland is seeking a Manufacturing Associate 2 to support the production of life‑changing CGM devices in a cleanroom environment. You will operate semi‑automated and automated equipment, perform assembly tasks, and maintain strict GMP/SOP standards in a high‑volume setting.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor semi‑automated and automated equipment.
  • Carry out routine manual tasks such as handling components, loading materials, and supporting assembly processes as required.
  • Perform precise, dexterity‑based assembly tasks and maintain consistent output.
  • Perform in‑process checks to ensure product quality.
  • Complete packaging, labelling, material movement, and required data entry.
  • Follow all GMP, SOPs, batch records, and cleanroom protocols, completing documentation accurately.
  • Report any deviations, defects, or safety concerns immediately and support quality and yield targets.
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members, ensuring clear communication and smooth shift handovers.
  • Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Achieve competency within training timelines and consistently meet output and quality KPIs.
  • Demonstrate reliability, accuracy, and adherence to standardised processes.

Start Date: October 2026

Reporting To: Production Supervisor

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) 4 days on / 3 days off, followed by 3 days on / 4 days off

Working Monday to Wednesday plus alternate Thursdays

As a Manufacturing Associate 2 (MA2), you play a critical role in producing Dexcom’s life‑changing Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) products. Operating within a cleanroom environment, you will work with semi‑automated and fully automated equipment to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role suits individuals with medical device or regulated manufacturing experience, excellent attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment.

The hourly base salary for this position is €15.09 gross. Any eligible overtime pay or shift premium is not represented in this amount.
