Job summary

Mondelēz International in Coolock, Ireland is hiring for production roles across multiple shift patterns (days, evenings, 4 nights, weekend nights) at the Cadbury site. Starting salary is €42,900 with shift allowances. You will operate and maintain production lines, uphold GMP standards, and help minimize downtime while ensuring safe, efficient production of Cadbury brands like Twirl, Flake, Boost and Dairy Milk. The role requires flexibility and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain assigned production area to run Cadbury brands.

• Alter and rectify plant to minimize downtime and ensure throughput.
• Perform routine tasks for safe and smooth plant operation.
• Ensure production is compliant with GMP and safety standards.
• Monitor equipment and quality controls and report issues.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production efficiency.
