The ideal candidate will have 3–7+ years of experience in Production or Senior Shift Management within food manufacturing and a proactive leadership style. Key responsibilities include executing production plans, driving KPIs, leading safety initiatives, and managing a strong production team. Access to a vehicle and driving license is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in Production or Senior Shift Management within a food manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in highly structured, audited settings (e.g., BRCGS).
• Access to a car and a full driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily production plan to ensure service levels and schedule adherence.
• Own production KPIs—Yield, OEE, Waste, and Throughput.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to maintain safety culture.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing production team.
