Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Product Supply Process Engineering Intern to support manufacturing operations in a state-of-the-art biopharma facility. You will work with experienced engineers on continuous improvement, process optimization, and new product introductions to help ensure reliable supply of medicines.

The role is for 6 to 8 months, starting January 2027, full-time onsite. You will gain hands-on experience across Auto Injector Assembly and Packaging, collect and analyse data, prepare

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline.
• Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of study.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support process engineering activities across Auto Injector Assembly and Packaging operations.
• Assist manufacturing teams in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability.
• Participate in projects related to new product introductions, capacity expansion, and component implementation.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret manufacturing data to support process performance and decision-making.
• Help investigate process issues, support problem-solving activities, and contribute to corrective actions.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, protocols, and presentations in line with quality and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery of manufacturing performance targets.
