Your role and responsibilities
Demo System Setup & Management
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reusable demo environments for internal teams and partners.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps to provision cloud‑based infrastructure for product demonstrations.
  • Ensure demo systems are up to date with the latest product features and releases.
Synthetic Data Creation
  • Create, curate, and manage synthetic datasets that mimic real‑world scenarios for use in demos and sales engagements.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to align datasets with customer use cases and industry verticals.
  • Automate data generation processes where possible to ensure repeatability and scalability.
Technical Sales Support
  • Support Sales Engineers, Account Executives, and Channel Partners in technical pre‑sales activities, by ensuring the demos, trials, and proof‑of‑concepts infrastructure is always available.
  • Provide feedback from experience supporting the demo infrastructure to Product Management to inform roadmap and feature prioritization.
Field Enablement & Partner Support
  • Understand demo scripts, presentations, and technical collateral tailored to industry‑specific use cases.
  • Troubleshoot demo issues and provide rapid solutions during critical sales engagements.
Required technical and professional expertise
  • Few years of experience in Product Management, Sales Engineering, Technical Marketing, or a related technical role.
  • Strong understanding of Red Hat OpenShift, software systems, cloud infrastructure, and demo environments.
  • Understanding of Maximo Application Suite
  • Experience with synthetic or anonymized data generation tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer‑centric value propositions.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, shell scripting, or CI/CD tools) is a plus.
  • Background / experience working within DevOps is advantageous.
Preferred technical and professional experience
