Job summary

Analog Devices in Limerick is seeking a Product Manager to interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, defining impactful digital experiences. This role involves collaboration with Customer Experience teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product launches. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics/Electrical Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams defining impactful digital experiences.
• Work with Customer Experience team to be the voice of our customers.
• Define key success metrics and sign off on product launches.
• Provide regular status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and drive alignment across a team of other Product Managers.
• Define process flow for requirements definition and final sign off.
• Facilitate peer review circles of roadmap and early PoCs for feedback.
• Drive an AI mindset across the organization.

Skills

Broad technical knowledge across a breadth of analog device technology

Experience across end-to-end product lifecycle

Prior product manager/owner experience

Familiarity with AI/ML applications and digital platforms

Customer focused understanding of workflows and pain points

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams

Motivated and proactive with a drive for results

Education

Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
