We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to deliver customer and business value for one of our customers through the optimisation and development of products across the operational and digital areas. You will be responsible for Product Vision, Planning with Prioritisation, Delivery with best in class execution, stakeholder engagement, customer focus and governance including reporting. This role will involve mentoring and leadership.

Key responsibilities & duties include
Product Strategy & Vision
  • Define and own the product vision and roadmap, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives and portfolio priorities.
  • Use market insights and customer research to shape and refine the product strategy.
Planning & Prioritisation
  • Translate strategic goals into clear, actionable requirements, prioritising features and initiatives across teams.
  • Lead preparation for PI Planning and present the product vision to Agile Release Trains (ART).
Delivery & Execution
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle – from ideation and design through to development, launch, and eventual retirement.
  • Set clear KPIs and track measurable value for all delivered features.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Project Manager and Business Readiness Manager to ensure timely delivery and maximise business impact.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments to influence decision‑making and gain alignment.
  • Clearly communicate roadmap updates and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Customer Focus
  • Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring all solutions deliver outstanding user experiences and tangible value.
Governance & Reporting
  • Take ownership of the product investment case, regularly reviewing progress and value realisation.
  • Partner with functional managers on budget planning and business case development.
Leadership
  • Support and mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of best practice and continuous improvement in product management.
Required Experience
  • Extensive experience as a Product Manager or a Senior Product Owner
  • Experience with Amazon Connect and/or Salesforce
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains.
  • Proven ability to work with distributed teams and manage dependencies across multiple suppliers or geographies.
  • Strong organisational and governance skills, with experience creating project dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Airline, Airport or Loyalty experience is ideal
