Job summary

6sense is seeking a Product Lead for the Predictive Platform to own the core models and lead a dedicated pod of Product Managers focused on modeling and intelligence initiatives.

You’ll drive the roadmap for predictive engines, govern cross‑model initiatives, and scale training, evaluation, and deployment across the platform, partnering with the Head of Intelligence Product to align with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8-10+ years in Product Management with a focus on AI, ML, or Data Science products
• 3-5+ years of formal people-management experience
• Strong leadership of product teams and roadmap ownership
• B2B data model understanding and predictive scoring knowledge

This is aPlayer/Coachrole. You will be the primary driver of our core predictive foundation and cross-model initiatives while simultaneously serving as thepeople managerand program leader for a specialized pod of Product Managers. You will oversee the roadmap for how we train, measure, and scale the models that power everything from Fit and Intent to Engagement and Triage.

Your Impact

• Lead and Scale a Specialized Pod.Act as a formal people manager for a pod of Product Managers focused on specialized modeling and intelligence initiatives. You willbe responsiblefortheir growth, performance, and alignment with the broader intelligence strategy.


• Own the Core Predictive Foundation.Personally drive the strategy for our core models. You will define the roadmap for how these models are consumed by downstream applications across the entire 6sense ecosystem.


• Drive Cross-Model Initiatives.Establish the global standards and methodologies for ongoing model training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement to ensure our predictionsremainthe industry benchmark.


• MaximizeModel Leverage.Enforce a "build once, use everywhere" philosophy, ensuring that platform engines provide maximum value to all surface apps and specialized use cases.


• Be a Strategic PartnertoLeadership.Partner directly with theHeadof Intelligence Product to align the predictive roadmap with company strategy, surfacing model risks early andidentifyingopportunities for portfolio tradeoffs.

Base Salary Range: $188,997.50 - $255,863.00. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO).
