Google seeks a senior Product/Program Manager in Ireland to lead complex ads initiatives within gPTO and YouTube Ads support teams. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and business solutions to shape product roadmaps and drive customer value.
You will translate data insights into actionable requirements, manage stakeholder expectations, and oversee end-to-end deployment of internal tools while ensuring alignment with Google’s strategic priorities and compliance standards.
gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.
gTech Ads Enablement strives to empower gTech to deliver exceptional customer experience through (a) product partnership that facilitates a dual feedback loop (b) tooling support (c) Learning and Development (L&D) and process enhancements (d) testing incubation to improve the quality of AI generated creatives.
The Product Practices teams within Enablement deliver quality, scale, and efficiency to how Google commercializes its ad products. It is the liaison between Product and gTech services where needed, and it will be responsible for ensuring that Product launches and customer-facing migrations are seamlessly executed.
The YouTube Ads team under the larger AViD vertical will work across gTech practitioners and product development teams to enable key product priorities for YouTube Ads.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Ireland: €114000 - €116000 (EUR) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
