Job summary

Kilsaran is seeking an operational, highly analytical Procurement Category Manager to own critical spend portfolios from strategy through execution. You will drive structured RFx processes, manage contracts/SLAs, and lead ERP transitions while maintaining supply security and process excellence.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement, strong data analytics, and the ability to influence across stakeholders. A competitive benefits package accompanies a busy, growth-oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Buyer, Category Manager, or Commercial Manager in industrial, manufacturing, or construction.
• Proven track record of independently executing complex tenders and long-term supply or project agreements.
• Autonomy to solve problems independently while aligning with the team.
• Advanced proficiency extracting/manipulating data from SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or cost-modelling software.
• Strong ability to influence across cross-functional teams and drive process adoption.
• Professional procurement certification or project management background is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of assigned categories and execute RFx processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with site managers and operational leads.
• Oversee ERP transition and manage end-to-end P2P workflows for categories.
• Identify bottlenecks and design process improvements to raise execution standards.
• Utilize data analytics to track spend, combat maverick buying, and mitigate risks.
• Apply project management discipline to vendor governance and performanceReviews.
