Elusav Recruitment have a very exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join one of Europe's leading Engineering contractors on a large construction project in Leixlip, Kildare.

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the company's Owned and Hired Vehicles on our European projects.

Responsibilities
  • Admin for owned tool & plant.
  • Raising requisitions general admin for fleet hire and purchases including.
  • Creating service entries & processing goods receipt notes.
  • Database/Register Maintenance.
  • Processing invoices.
  • General office management duties associated with this role.
  • Update the company’s internal social media platforms with relevant department news.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail.
