Job summary

Tirlán is seeking a Process Technician in Ballyragget, Co. Kilkenny for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work with a dedicated team including Technicians and Quality Managers to perform sampling and testing across processes.

The role emphasizes data collection, process improvement, and QA compliance. Based in Ballyragget, you will contribute to a collaborative culture with opportunities for career progression and onsite facilities.

Qualifications

• Must have a qualification in process/operational/technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Aptitude for operational processes and process improvement.
• Data collection, trending and reporting capabilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sampling raw materials and processes.
• Co-ordinating the collection of Finished Product samples from plants.
• Testing samples from processes including Phosphatase, Peroxidase, Antibiotics, Resazurin, Added Water/TS, End of Line Defence.
• Investigative sampling & follow up.
• Environmental Sampling from processes.
• QS Compliance oversight.

Role Profile

Based in Ballyragget & reporting to the Quality Operations Manager, this role will involve working with a dedicated team of Technicians, Quality Managers and related staff to carry out a range of sampling and testing tasks. This role is offered on a 12-month Fixed Term basis.

Responsibilities

• Sampling raw materials and processes;
