Job summary

Sanofi in Waterford, Ireland is seeking a Process Engineer for its pre-filled syringe manufacturing operations. This on-site, 23-month fixed-term role focuses on supporting batch releases, continuous improvement, and technology transfer to enable capacity expansion and the introduction of new products.

You will work within a dedicated Engineering Team in a sterile manufacturing environment, delivering process engineering activities across thawing, formulation, filling, and autoclave operations

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong documentation and protocol execution skills.
• Demonstrable experience in a highly regulated GMP environment.
• Experience in sterile manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver batch release-related activities to support PFS Fill Operations, including investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA generation and closure, work order investigations, and addressing batch comments from the Quality team.
