Job summary

Sanofi Waterford site is seeking a Process Engineer (Inspection, Device Assembly, Packaging) to support the Product Supply Unit, ensuring reliable supply of syringe and vial products to patients globally. Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Team Lead, you will work across platforms from manual processes to high-speed automated production lines.

Qualifications

Experience in a highly regulated GMP environment.
Degree in an Engineering discipline.
Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Excellent documentation and protocol execution abilities.
Automation experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide process engineering support to the Product Supply APU.
Support delivery of continuous improvement projects to existing equipment.
Work with MSAT, Technical Development, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain departments.
Lead and coordinate projects to develop and optimize manufacturing capacity.
Lead GPS initiatives including yield reviews and optimisation.
Utilise knowledge from existing technologies to develop new ones for higher output and yield.
Ensure safety compliance and support qualification of new products/processes, analysing machine performance data.
Support new product introductions and capacity expansions, including vendor selections and change controls.
Lead systematic technical root cause investigations.
Support all safety and quality programs and initiatives.
