Job summary

Wallace Myers International recruits a Process Engineer (Day role) for a contract position with Sanofi in Waterford. You will provide leadership and technical support to manufacturing operations, ensuring standards are met and continuous improvement across development and manufacturing activities.

You will lead process development, optimisation, scale-up, and tech transfer, while supporting aseptic manufacturing, DOE studies, and quality documentation within a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or higher in Chemical/Industrial Engineering.
• Advanced pharmaceutics/pharmacy degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operational leadership to support compliant operations.
• Process optimisation across manufacturing and development.
• Capital project support and planning.
• Inspection process lead for development activities.
• Technical problem-solving with cross-functional teams.
• Performance monitoring via KPIs and cycle-time reduction.
