Qualifications

• Experience as lead investigator capable of generating original technical ideas and research strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and supervise scientific staff and teams.
• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills with record of publications/patents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of scientists and evaluate performance; develop individuals.
• Contribute to performance and growth of the analytical department and global PDS&T function.
• Act as principal investigator/project manager for one or more projects; generate innovative strategies.
