Insight Global is seeking a Principal Process Development Engineer to lead cross-functional efforts in developing and integrating semiconductor processes in Ireland. The role is onsite in Limerick, Ireland, and offers a permanent opportunity within a leading global semiconductor technology organisation.

Qualificações

• Extensive semiconductor industry experience across wafer fabrication, process development, design and/or device physics.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics.
• Device development and/or semiconductor process integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with device measurement and characterisation.
• Strong understanding of the interaction between device performance and process integration.
• Breadth of experience across the overall semiconductor integration and process flow.
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, foundry, business and technical teams.
• Experience with CMOS, DMOS and/or bipolar (BJT) technologies, ideally across more than one technology.
• Test-chip and/or device layout experience.
• Experience with PDK and design-rule development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of technical and business stakeholders.

Insight Global are seeking a Principal Process Development Engineer for a leading global semiconductor technology organisation, supporting a major expansion in the development of new semiconductor processes and technologies in Ireland.

This position requires onsite working in Limerick, Ireland and is a permanent opportunity.

The Principal Process Development Engineer will work across the complete semiconductor process integration flow, supporting device and process development from design and layout through characterisation, qualification and manufacturing. This is a highly cross-functional position, partnering with design, foundry, technical and business teams to develop and optimise semiconductor devices and processes.
