Job summary

Viatris is seeking a Principal Human Factors Engineer, Device User Interface to translate user needs and use-related risks into robust design inputs across the device development lifecycle.

You will lead HF activities from formative evaluations through regulatory validation, collaborating with clinical, regulatory and labeling teams to ensure user-friendly device interfaces and compliant instructions for use.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Factors Engineering / Medical Device Design / Psychology.
• Experience in Human Factors Engineering for the Pharmaceutical / Medical Device industry.
• Proven track record in Human Factors program execution.

Responsibilities

• Executing User Interface deliverables within GDD program teams and mapping design inputs to milestones.
• Developing product-specific human factors programs and conducting development and validation studies.
• Linking with clinical, regulatory and labeling teams to support protocols, labeling and user instructions.
