The Pricing Manager plays a crucial role in driving profitability and strategic growth within the organisation. This position involves developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that align with business goals.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with commercial, technical and finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze pricing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present pricing reports to senior management.
• Manage pricing software and tools.
• Ensure pricing policies comply with regulations and company policies.
• Provide support to the transaction team on modelling and analytics for various commercial aircraft, engines, and airframes including assisting in decisions on sales forecasts and deal financial models.
• Ensure sale/purchase decisions are made with the aim of achieving company targets for growth, profitability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or related roles.
