Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of talented individuals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Customer Focus: Ensure that every customer enjoys a personalized and delightful shopping experience, fostering a strong connection between the brand and our valued clients.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards to showcase our luxurious products and create an inviting store atmosphere.

The ideal candidate

• At least 3 years of relevant Store Manager experience within retail

• Knowledge in KPI's and proven record of reaching targets
