Job summary

Solas IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy premium retail store in Ireland. The role requires a hands-on leader who coaches and motivates teams, delivering outstanding customer experiences and strong sales performance.

We are looking for someone with a background in jewellery, watches, beauty, fragrance, cosmetics or a department store, capable of driving operational excellence and visual merchandising standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Store Manager or Retail Manager.
• Experience in premium, product-focused retail (jewellery, watches, beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, or department store).
• Proven track record of leading and developing retail teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience delivering sales targets and KPIs.

• Lead and develop a high-performing retail team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive store performance to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Coach full-time and part-time team members with regular feedback and development.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, presentation and store operations.
• Manage day-to-day store performance, staffing and scheduling.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and operational standards.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused store culture.
• Analyse sales data to identify opportunities to maximise revenue and profitability.
