Job summary

Kilsaran based in Oranmore, Co Galway, is seeking an experienced Loading Operative to support our precast production and logistics. You will operate truck and forklift equipment, load/unload orders, and ensure accurate handling and dispatch of products.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Truck licence is essential.
• Forklift licence is preferred.
• Overhead crane experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck and other mechanical handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload customer orders and transport materials across the factory.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Load products onto delivery trucks in line with dispatch schedules.
• Check and verify orders prior to dispatch.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance checks on truck and forklift equipment.
• Adhere to all quality control procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
• Carry out all duties in compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
