Job summary

University College Dublin invites applications for a temporary, full-time Post-doctoral Research Fellow Level 1 in the School of Biosystems and Food Engineering. The role focuses on the SusAlgaePro project, developing a microalgal biorefinery platform to convert waste into lipid and protein ingredients for SAF and animal feed.

You will execute a defined research programme under the supervision of the Principal Investigator, growing microalgae on digestate and applying fractionation to biomass.

Qualifications

• PhD completed in a relevant field.
• Experience with postdoctoral research desirable.
• Ability to work under supervision of PI and collaborate with a team.
