Applications are invited for a temporary post of a UCD Postdoctoral Research Fellow within College of Health and Agricultural Sciences

We are seeking a postdoctoral researcher to support a real world evidence research programme at the UCD Clinical Research Centre, within the CRC Data Team led by Prof Alex Franciosi. They will work closely with internal and external partners to design, develop, and deploy a national OHDSI compliant data Node as critical infrastructure to support this programme. Hosted within the Clinical Research Centre, this role is critical for advancing real world evidence capabilities through harmonised clinical datasets.

Appointment on the above range will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Closing date: 12:00 noon (local Irish time) on 28 November 2025.

The PD2 post is intended for researchers that have completed PD1. As with the PD1, if you have already completed your PD2 stage in UCD or will soon complete a PD2, or your total Postdoctoral experience, inclusive of the duration of the advertised post, would exceed 6 years, you should not apply and should refer to Research Fellow posts instead.
