We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our research team investigating the molecular mechanisms linking traumatic brain injury (TBI) to the development of epilepsy. The successful candidate will lead innovative studies examining the role of the purinergic P2X7 receptor (P2X7R) in post-traumatic epileptogenesis and evaluate how pharmacological and genetic manipulation of this receptor influences disease progression.
