Job summary

Applegreen Stores is seeking a Food Supervisor for our Midway Food Court to lead fast-paced shifts and deliver great guest experiences. You will coach the team, ensure food safety, and uphold quality standards in a busy Quick Service Restaurant environment.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will manage duties from food preparation to service delivery while supporting sales targets and maintaining a positive, collaborative team atmosphere.

• Enhance customer experience to drive customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Perform daily stock checks to ensure accurate inventory management.

About the Job:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused Food Supervisors to join our fast‑paced brand new Quick Service Restaurant team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service and high‑quality food.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM), the Supervisor feeds customers with great tasting food and provide great service, so our customers keep coming back! The Team Member is a representation of the brand in everything they do.

What will I be doing as a Supervisor?

• Assist the Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery.
• Support the Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
