The role emphasizes first-contact resolution, independent workload management, and collaboration to hit KPIs within an international, multicultural environment. Onsite training is provided, along with health insurance and meal allowances.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
