Google Dublin is seeking a Sales Manager for LCS Poland within the CEE region. You will lead a large Polish pod, manage Account Managers, and drive regional growth while maintaining strong executive relationships.

You will guide teams through digital and AI transformations, translate client needs into Google's advertising solutions, and excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT.

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant part of the Polish business and lead a team of Account Managers.
• Inspire and coach a team of Googlers to become engaged sellers and advisors.
• Cultivate and own C-level relationships with executive customers as trusted advisors.
• Guide the team through digital and AI transformation to drive client growth and Google impact.
• Oversee implementation, measurement, and recovery plans; scale best practices across teams.
