IT PMO Project Manager - Dublin (Hybrid)

Salary: €70,000 - €85,000 (DOE)

A growing organisation in Dublin is seeking an IT PMO Project Manager to join their technology and change function. The role involves overseeing a mix of IT projects, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing vendors, and ensuring strong governance across both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to close‑out

• Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and reporting

• Manage vendor relationships, procurement activities, and contract processes

• Support testing, QA, and handover activities to operational teams

• Ensure clear documentation, status updates, and stakeholder communication

• Oversee project budgets and ensure delivery within scope and timelines

• Contribute to continuous improvement across PMO processes

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in an IT/Technical Project Manager role

• Familiarity with multiple delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

• Strong understanding of technical environments and solution architecture

• Experience using project tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
