RedCloud Consulting, Inc. is seeking a PMO Automation & Reporting Engineer (Physical Security Design & Delivery) to streamline data and reporting across global data center programs.

You will build automations, apps, and dashboards to replace manual processes, prototype AI-enabled workflows, and help migrate to a new PM platform while supporting cross-functional teams. Competenze

• 3+ years building automations, internal tools, or reports in a business or operations setting.
• Scripting that automates real workflows (Google Apps Script preferred; JavaScript or Python with API work acceptable).
• Hands-on Looker Studio experience; Looker/Power BI/Tableau acceptable with ramp-up ability.
• Hands-on AppSheet experience; other low-code tools acceptable.
• Strong Google Sheets and relational data modeling skills.

RedCloud seeks a PMO Automation & Reporting Engineer (Physical Security Design & Delivery) to support immediate client operations. Location: EMEA

Overview:

We are seeking a PMO Automation & Reporting Engineer to join a small PMO (3-4 people) supporting global data center physical security design and delivery programs. Our PMO spends too much time on manual data manipulation: status compilation, cross-tool reconciliation, and report assembly. This is a builder role. You will replace that manual work with automations, apps, and dashboards, help evaluate and migrate to a new project management platform, and prototype AI-enabled workflows. You report to the PMO Lead.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Build and maintain automations using Google Apps Script and similar tools (APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs) to eliminate manual data entry and reporting
• Design and support AppSheet apps for intake, issue tracking, approvals, and field-facing workflows
• Integrate project tools, spreadsheets, and data sources so data flows without re-keying
• Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards covering portfolio status, schedule, risk, issue aging, and operational KPIs
• Own the data model behind reporting: field definitions, refresh logic, and data quality checks
• Prototype AI-assisted workflows in Google AI Studio and Gemini (summarization, issue classification, document extraction) and recommend what is worth productionizing
• Support requirements gathering, evaluation, and migration if we move off Asana, including data mapping and rebuilding workflows, integrations, and reports
• Keep project data accurate across concurrent programs (status, risks, issues, milestones)
• Document everything you build so it stays supportable
• Work with engineering, program managers, technical writers, design vendors, and integrators to capture requirements and drive tool adoption

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• 3+ years building automations, internal tools, or reports in a business or operations setting
• Hands-on scripting experience that automates real workflows (Google Apps Script ideal; JavaScript or Python with strong Workspace/API work acceptable)
• Hands-on Looker Studio experience (Looker, Power BI, or Tableau acceptable with demonstrated ability to ramp quickly)
• Hands-on AppSheet experience (Power Apps or similar low-code acceptable with demonstrated ability to ramp quickly)
• Strong Google Sheets and relational data modeling skills
• Experience with a project management tool and its data (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar), including API or export-based integration
• Ability to turn messy operational problems into requirements and working tools
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Be prepared to walk through tools you have built

Preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• SQL and BigQuery
• REST APIs, webhooks, JSON
• Building with LLM tools (Google AI Studio, Gemini API) in a business context
• PMO, program operations, or project controls experience on technical programs
• Experience configuring or migrating a project management platform
• Exposure to construction, engineering, or data center delivery
• Familiarity with physical security systems (access control, video, intrusion detection, low-voltage infrastructure). Helpful but not required; we can teach the domain.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
