Job summary

CareChoice seeks a Full-Time Physiotherapy Lead to provide professional governance across ABI and rehabilitation services. The role focuses on leadership, supervision and service development, with a clinical caseload.

Initial focus areas include Swords and Ballynoe, working with the AHP Lead and MDT to establish standards and sustainable physiotherapy provision. The post holder will oversee governance, supervision arrangements and cross-site collaboration, ensuring safe, evidence-based practice

Qualifications

• Leadership and governance experience in physiotherapy services.
• Proven ability to supervise and develop staff.
• Experience collaborating with AHP leads and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, accessible professional leadership to physiotherapists and assistants across designated services.
• Establish and monitor a governance framework aligned with CORU, HIQA standards and CareChoice policies.
• Supervise and support senior staff, ensure safe and evidence-based practice, and manage service development.
