Hospital Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic in Limerick is seeking a Chartered Physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time basis, focusing on musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation. The role suits 1–2 years post-qualification MSK experience and requires CORU/MISCP registration.

We offer up to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling and a salary up to €50,000 pro-rata DOE. The clinic provides a collaborative private practice environment and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy required.
• Current CORU registration.
• Chartered Physiotherapist / MISCP membership.
• About 1 year post-qualification MSK experience.
• Ability to work independently in private practice.
• Strong rehabilitation and exercise prescription skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied MSK caseload including back, neck, shoulder, hip, knee and lower-limb conditions.
• Sports injury and orthopaedic/post-operative rehabilitation.
• Deliver individualised exercise-based rehabilitation and return-to-activity programmes.
• Provide follow-up rehabilitation within a collaborative shared-care model.
• Review assessment findings and adapt rehabilitation plans with clinical judgement.
• Monitor patient progress and perform reassessments.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with the clinic owner to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Provide pre-arranged clinical cover during periods of annual leave or professional training.

Hospital Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic is a growing private MSK and sports injury practice based in Hospital Village, Limerick. We are seeking a motivated Chartered Physiotherapist to join our team on a part-time basis, focused on musculoskeletal and sports injury rehabilitation. This role would suit a physiotherapist with approximately 1–2 years of post-qualification MSK experience who is confident working independently while enjoying a collaborative clinical environment.

Location: Hospital Village, Limerick

Salary: Up to €50,000 DOE (pro-rata)

Hours: Part-time, up to 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling

The Role

Essential Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Physiotherapy.
• Current CORU registration.
• Chartered Physiotherapist / MISCP membership.
• Approximately one year or more of post-qualification clinical experience.
• MSK rehabilitation experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning and exercise prescription skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a private practice environment.
• Appropriate professional indemnity insurance.

Desirable

Experience or interest in sports rehabilitation, post-operative rehabilitation, manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, return-to-sport and strength & conditioning principles.
