Job summary

Mater Private Network in Dublin is seeking a Phlebotomist to join the Phlebotomy team working with inpatients and outpatients. This is a permanent contract for 21 hours per week, delivering high-quality phlebotomy services and ensuring patient-centered care.

Experience with ISO 15189 and JCI accreditation is desirable; excellent interpersonal skills and sensitivity to patient needs are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience of ISO 15189 laboratory accreditation and JCI Hospital accreditation is desirable.
• Phlebotomy experience.
• The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and awareness/sensitivity towards patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver phlebotomy services to inpatients and outpatients as part of the Phlebotomy team.
• Work as part of the Phlebotomy team to ensure safe, accurate and timely sample collection.

An opportunity has arisen in our Phlebotomy department as a Phlebotomist.

Purpose of Post

The duties of the successful candidate will include working as part of the Phlebotomy team playing a key role in delivery of the Phlebotomy service to both inpatients and outpatients.

Candidate Requirements
