Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Validation Engineer to join a pharmaceutical company in Dublin for a 12-month hourly rate contract. The role focuses on end-to-end validation for manufacturing and packaging lines, including FATs, IOQs, and PQs.

You will work with and manage external vendors, perform on-the-floor testing, and support vision system upgrades while helping to scale production and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a scientific discipline.
• 5+ years in a Validation role within Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices.
• OSD manufacturing and tablet press equipment experience desired.
• Vendor management with FAT oversight.
• Packaging lines and/or vision system upgrades experience.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end validation support for manufacturing and packaging lines (FATs, IOQs, PQs).
• Manage vendor interactions with third-party suppliers and project engineers.
• Perform on-the-floor testing and troubleshoot upgrades to vision systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage production capacity.
• Support facility-related validation projects to ensure smooth production flow.
