Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks an experienced Engineering professional to lead specification, development and procurement of site facility equipment and tooling to meet production needs.

You will coordinate FAT and SAT trials, maintain technical documentation, ensure compliance with EHS and cGMP standards, and drive continuous improvement across the Technical Operations team. The role requires collaboration with suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Level 7) or equivalent.
• Two years' experience in an Engineering role.
• Ability to set clear goals and track progress to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting with a proactive approach.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Flexible to work across shifts as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG engineering projects.
• Knowledge of facility and engineering issues.

Responsibilities

• Specification, development and purchase of site facility, equipment and tooling.
• Coordinate FAT and SAT trials.
• Maintain technical documentation, tooling logs, and SOPs.
• Ensure activities comply with EHS, cGMP and technical standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and Right First Time in operations.
