Biogen in Ireland’s Leinster site seeks a detail-oriented Materials Handler to support GMP warehouse operations, inventory control, and material documentation. The role combines hands-on receiving, temperature-controlled material handling, and data entry to ensure compliant supply for manufacturing.

You will work Monday through Friday in a two-shift pattern, coordinating with Supply Chain teams to maintain accuracy, safety, and audit readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Third-level qualification in Supply Chain, Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 2-5 years of warehouse experience in pharma/biopharma/life sciences manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle inventory systems.
• Experience handling temperature-controlled materials in pharma/life sciences.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong documentation, record management, and inventory control skills.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Aufgaben

• Adhere to GMP warehouse procedures and site SOPs; escalate non-compliance.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards for audit-ready operations.
• Receive, inspect, and process inbound/outbound shipments, including temperature-controlled materials.
• Record transactions in inventory management systems and verify documentation.
• Ensure materials are identified, stored, segregated, and supplied to manufacturing.
• Perform cycle counts and support investigations into discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance (cGMP, GDP, SOX, HSE).
