Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a detail-oriented Chemistry Lab Analyst to execute analysis of raw materials, in-process material and finished products in compliance with schedule and SOPs, using HPLC/GC methods.

You will maintain accurate records, adhere to cGMP/GLP, support investigations into deviations, and assist in transferring new products while maintaining EHS standards and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Degree in analytical science, biochemistry, or toxicology preferred.
• Experience using HPLC/GC analytical methods essential.
• Strong analytical and data-trend analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Detail-oriented with good planning and time management.
• Industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw materials, in-process material, and finished products.
• Perform analyses per SOP and standard methods.
• Maintain data integrity and lab documentation.
• Adhere to cGMP and GLP requirements.
• Assist investigations into failures and out-of-specifications.
• Support the transfer of new products.
• Participate in 6S and keep area clean and tidy.
