Job summary

AstraZeneca plc in Ireland seeks a College Park Facilities Engineer to support safe, compliant and efficient operation of site facilities within a cGMP environment. You will coordinate maintenance, building services and external providers while ensuring HP, safety, quality and regulatory standards are met.

You will leverage data tools to improve performance and support lifecycle management across facilities systems.

Qualifications

• Qualification in facilities management, engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in facilities engineering or Facilities Management in regulated environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities maintenance and coordinate planned and reactive activities to maintain safe site operations.
• Supervise FM partners and monitor service quality, safety, cost and schedule adherence.
• Ensure pest control, training curricula and workplace facilities comply with standards.
• Plan furniture installations, office space allocation and workplace standards.
• Establish KPIs and drive service improvements across facilities operations.
• Support budgeting, PO processes and monthly accruals in line with budget.
