Job summary

Arcadis Kerry, Ireland, is seeking a Buyer/Planner to secure timely procurement of materials and develop production and inventory plans that support manufacturing operations. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3+ years in procurement or planning, with experience in a regulated environment such as pharma or medical devices preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3+ years in procurement, supply planning, production planning or materials management.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP and regulatory requirements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Monitor performance and address scheduling conflicts.
• Execute MRP activities in SAP or equivalent ERP system.
• Coordinate planning for routine manufacturing, validation campaigns, and new product introductions.
• Create and manage purchase orders and monitor supplier performance.
