Job summary

Alliance Medical Ireland is recruiting an experienced PET/CT Clinical Specialist Radiographer to join our Co Dublin imaging team. The role involves leading, training and supervising Radiography staff in PET/CT, ensuring high-quality patient care and day-to-day service delivery in a dynamic environment.

Applicants should hold CORU registration, have at least 6 years PET/CT experience (or PET/CT postgraduate with 3+ years), strong communication, teamwork and commitment to safety.

Job description

Alliance Medical is now recruiting for an experienced PET CT Clinical Specialist Radiographer to join our team in Co Dublin.

The successful candidate will be joining an experienced imaging team to provide high-quality patient care. The position of Clinical Specialist Radiographer in PET/CT requires an ability to guide, train and supervise Radiography staff in the PET/CT department and as part of the PET/CT team, to successfully manage service delivery on a day-to-day basis.

An ability to work and adapt in a rapidly changing environment and a willingness to undertake such additional duties as may be assigned from time to time are essential. While carrying out the duties appropriate to a Radiographer in the PET/CT department, maintenance of professional competence in other areas of the department will necessary, as the PET/CT department also provides Diagnostic CT services and provides support to the MRI department.

• A minimum of 6 years' experience in PET/CT or a post graduate qualification in PET/CT plus a minimum of 3 years' experience.
