In addition to keeping the home/premises safe and secure, the role of a Pet Care Assistant is to manage the usual care routine of an animal while the pet owner is away from home for a night or more. This service consists of regular daily visits to specified locations within your area as agreed in advance with the client and the protocols set out by Pet Sitters Ireland.

The ideal candidate would be an experienced pet lover with flexible hours, be reliable, trustworthy and have their own transport, email/internet access and Smartphone. This is a self‑employed opportunity. Successful candidates should be aware that they will be responsible for making their own Tax and PRSI returns to the Revenue Commissioners.
