Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our Dublin team, covering local areas including Dublin 6 (Rathmines, Ranelagh, etc). No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive, industry-leading training and you will manage your own schedule while solving customers' pest problems in person.

This full-time role offers a basic salary of €30,300 per annum, paid monthly, with an expected OTE of €36,000 through bonus and commissions.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good Time Management - Your day will be busy with managing and prioritising your workload.
• Enthusiasm is required to engage with every one of your customers, smile, say hello, and identify any opportunities to generate new business.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
