Job summary

The Montenotte Hotel in Cork seeks a Personal Trainer for Motion Leisure Centre. You will guide guests through fitness classes, maintain high service standards, and lead by example.

The role requires 2-3 years hotel or gym experience, fitness qualification, lifeguard qualification, excellent presentation, and flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends. Fluent English essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Management team to lead by example and deliver an extraordinary guest experience.
• To assist with delivering fitness classes
• To ensure the team deliver at all times the highest quality of service and advice to the guests and members.
• Exceed the expectations of all guests within the hotel and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with the established standards in the hotel.
• To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures.
• To maximise sales and revenue in Motion Leisure Centre at all times.
• To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner.
• Motivate, lead and engage your team at all times and especially in the absence of the leisure centre manager.
